Usage for non-clients

Do you just like my work and want to use it for certain things? Here are some options that are allowed, and some that aren't. 
These rules are directed at non-clients, those who did not purchase the art.
Commissioned art VS personal art

Almost ALL of my art has been commissioned- a client has paid me to create that image for them. These images are NEVER allowed to be used, except for usage as a wallpaper on your desktop, for example. Following copyright law, NO ONE has permission to re-upload or use any of my art without getting my personal consent. 

My personal art (illustrations, NOT designs. Designs of mine can't be used by anyone else) can be used by all for non-commercial uses upon my consent. These images can be used for roleplaying, as avatars and icons, and posted on other websites WITH CREDIT. You may reference my personal works for your own PERSONAL drawings- drawings that won't be posted online anywhere. You may trace them with the sole intention of learning for personal usage only, also not posting them online or claiming them as your own original work.

Here is a folder with links to images that are okay to use while following my guidelines. These are non-commissioned pieces done in my free time and are ok to use with credit after receiving my permission.

What's NEVER allowed
There are some things that aren't allowed to be done to my work. If you're a client, you may do these WITH permission (as in, you must ask me). 
  • 3D Skin making / texture making on a 3D model
  • Editing or photo-manipulating
  • Removing watermarks or cropping them out
  • Removing backgrounds or shadows
  • Selling my work, even in small ways, to make a profit
  • Using MY characters in ANY form. Do not roleplay with my characters, do not write about them, do not use them as your icons. Fan art is welcome, just not using them for personal reasons or commercial.
  • Referencing my adopts and designs for your own and reselling them or using them in any way.
Art theft
Art theft is when any art of mine is reposted, used in any way, or claimed to have been made by someone else. When my art is anywhere besides my deviantart, furaffinity, patreon, and personal facebook account, it is considered stolen and infringing my copyright. I file DMCAs often to remove copyrighted art.
If you encounter my art in ways that break my person rules OR copyright law, PLEASE contact me as soon as you can. Take screenshots as soon as you notice the stolen artwork, or where rules are being broken. 

I NEVER post my work to pinterest, or instagram. If you see my work uploaded on these sites, it is stolen/reposted and I'd like to remove it.

How to credit me (after receiving permission to use the art)
